Rib Shack in Galesburg

The food at Perkins is always very good. This evening I didn't time our meal but it seemed to take an inordinate amount of time for our meal to come out. If they had been busy I would have understood but there were only for tables occupied in the whole restaurant.

It's just a good place to eat

I love this restaurant. The food is always Awesome. And the waitresses are always courteous and friendly. My Son and my 2 grandkids like to go there too.

Wonderful curbside pickup. They've got it down. Delicious.

Have been there a few times. They have good breakfast but their patty melts and burgers seem to be lacking in flavor. The restaurant was clean and the waitress was polite and attentive. Good speed of service. Just wish they had more flavorful lunches.

Good food and excellent service.

I had to ask to be seated, i had to wait to place my order. I ordered the simplest breakfast, had to wait way too long for it. My coffee cup sat empty for the longest time and even then i had to ask for a refill! I had to wait for the check and i even had to wait for a cashier to cash me out! Overall performance if the store in my opinion! D- the food was good though i must say!

When I get an order for pickup, it's always less food than what you'd get if you ate in the place. Or at lease it seems that way consistently. Good food though.

I don't hate perkins's I like perkins's for some of their food but not all

Food was delivered in a reasonable amount of time and hot. Waiter was nice and checked on us a couple times. Interior was pretty chilly. Many had their jackets on and 1 gentleman even asked them to adjust the fan above his mom and himself.

Asked for shrimp (on the menu), they were out, asked for strawberry crepes (on the menu), they were out, settled for a salad and Coke. My husband liked his pancakes. So after paying $32.09 (that was with tax and tip), I still didn't get what I wanted. Next time, Culvers!!!!

The staff was awesome and the food was great. We had a good time here and they are great for large families like ours.

It was amazing! The meal I had was perfect! All the flavors were perfectly balanced. The only thing that could have made it more perfect was if slice of crusty bread was offered with it to soak up all the wonderful sauce on the plate cuz seriously I wanted to lick my plate it was that good!

Good quality & good portions for price.

Very slow...more than 20 minutes before we got our breakfast. They are at only a third of capacity. Have to ask for all condiments and then they are served in individual portions. For a place that is so picky about social distancing they certainly aren't picky about cleaning off tables or booth seats.

The lights for off when I got there at 6:30. Google maps told me they opened at 6. Google maps was right. I had some nice service and some good eggs

Very slow service last few time we were there ,foods pretty good .

We had chicken fried steak it was very tasty. The gravy had a terrific flavor. Everyone we spoke to was very nice.

Great place for a family meal and the staff is very friendly.

Horrible experience, will never return. Stopped in for soup, salad and potato pancakes. Couldn't get salads because of some ecoli lettuce outbreak, there were no signs in the restaurant or notes on your website to know this ahead of time. Couldn't order potato pancakes because you only offer them on 55 senior menu and won't make them otherwise.

My favorite diner in Galesburg. I have been eating here the entirety of the business. Throughout the years the Service had always been spectacular and the food is great. I can't leave this place without the buy 3 get 3 Muffins or sometimes a fresh silk pie!I love that they started having later hours and doing breakfast all day!

Perkins has been a longtime favorite with friendly reliable service. When I requested altering the menu for a health need they complied with service I have come to expect. Good job

Server was terrible slower than honey at 20 below. If I was still there I'd still be waiting for a straw

The service was terrible. Never checked on us once. Had to get another waitress to get drink refills and dessert.

It was free pancake day and the waitress we had didn't even mention it, until I brought it to her attention on the bottom of my tab. Its by donation for children, if I had known, I would have had pancakes tonight with a donation. And one of my tenants didn't get her cheeseburger until we asked the waitress where it was and she said she didn't hear tenant order a burger. As far as rest of our meals they were really good. We were at Perkins at 3:45pm July 26th, waitress had shoulder length blond hair and skinny.

Love this place!! Excellent food, service, and fresh baked goods...pies are to die for!!

A fast &hot breakfast priced right.

Very good dining choices, day or night. Breakfast, lunch or dinner has great options. From steak & baked potato, bacon & eggs or a simple salad and sandwich, you design your choices. Friendly atmosphere, patient waitresses, awesome bakery items and reasonable prices make Perkins a great choice.

This is a chain with standard food and parking. Not too much to add. If you have to go eat with Family, this is a building with food.

Nice place to go for a hot meal and decent service. The staff is friendly and try to be quick to fix any mistakes. It's not so easy when they are busy, but that is to be expected at any place. I recommend their chicken pot pie, it's perfect on a cold day or night, just make sure to go early during the winter because they run out quickly.

Has the worst service In town. Watched a cockroach crawl up the wall next to me .....so pretty gross

This was the dirtiest restaurant that I have ever been in! The floors looked awful with pcs of paper and food everywhere, the widows sills by our table were gross. Went into the restroom and turned right back around! Wow what a mess! And apparently you dont need silverware to eat unless you ask for it. Will never step foot in there again,,very poor experience!!
